How do we get started?
At Topwater, we start with conversation. If our customers have an interest in learning more, we suggest a no-charge, on-site review of needs. We would like to meet with key individuals and with SME’s that you believe will be involved. Typically a 1 to 1.5 day review is needed. We end each on-site with a debrief on findings. You can then expect a full Scope of Work provided in writing within 72 hours of departure. Once we review the scope and agree on the work needed, Topwater will provide a variety of payment options. We will take the time to ensure that we share a clear vision of the agreed upon outcomes. The only cost for this process is the cost of travel which you approve prior to our booking. We deliver a path to progress and a deep understanding of the time and talent investment required to reach or exceed your goals.
What are my payment options?
We believe in Performance-Based Compensation. When the work we provide results in earnings well beyond investment, we know we’ve done well. As such, we offer several different cost options.
Retain Topwater on a monthly basis for a fixed period, combined with paid commission on increased volume or profitability for a fixed period.
Pay a fixed hourly rate or a combination of hourly rate and forward commission based on increased volume.
Pay an All-in project fee which covers 100% of expenses during the project.
Compensation will be due during the course of the project as milestones are met. The milestones and fees will be defined in the Scope of Work. Your initial investment is the up-front travel cost.
How do we know we will be satisfied?
It’s this simple: If you aren’t thrilled, then we aren’t done.
